Compliments and Complaints Procedure
We encourage all our customers to take an active part in the development of our services. This applies to both compliments and complaints and at The Dove Clinic we believe we can learn from both.
Therefore, all our customers have access to our effective communication procedure. Please feel free to express any concerns or positive observations relating to the clinic to any member of staff who are specially trained in handling any enquiries, concerns or complaints and please feel free at any time to request a complaints procedure. These comments are passed directly to the Practice Manager.
