Homeopathy
Homeopathy is the use of highly dilute medications, diluted beyond the level where there is any original substance left. The mechanism of action of homeopathy is unclear and clinical trials, particualarly using randomised control trial methodology, do not show positive results for homeopathy. Generally speaking we find homeopathy, in its classical sense as described here, effective in certain patients, but not in others.
