In late January the Dove Clinic invested in an upgrade to its computer system. In the long term we are planning to offer online booking for appointments together with text or email reminders for appointments. We will also be offering an enhanced booking service for those wishing to take last minute cancellations. The service to our patients should improve considerably as a result of these improvements.
